Andrew Coats serves as a Principal for Liberty Partners Group. With more than 25 years’ health care policy experience in Washington, D.C., Andrew has a proven track record of policy analysis and effective advocacy. His client base ranges from large proprietary to non-profit entities, national to local organizations, and rural health providers to integrated health systems, on whose behalf Andrew has achieved priority outcomes through direct engagement with Congress and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. A former Bush Administration and Congressional health policy staffer as well as a 2009 graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Andrew delivers a deep understanding of the legislative and regulatory challenges and opportunities facing the firm's extensive health care client base. Most importantly, Andrew and his wife are the proud parents of three children and a Wheaton Terrier, with whom Andrew enjoys coaching, golfing, and youth sports.
