Eric Berger serves as a Principal at Liberty Partners Group. Drawing on his extensive public policy and public affairs experience, Eric specializes in assisting clients with the development and execution of comprehensive advocacy campaigns tailored to achieve their federal and state priorities.

Eric served on the professional staff of the House Energy and Commerce Committee where he played a central role in Medicare, Medicaid, FDA, health insurance, and other reform legislation. Before serving as a Congressional staffer, Eric was Virginia's Legislative and Policy Director for Health and Human Resources, where he assisted in the achievement of Virginia’s landmark welfare reform and family empowerment legislation.

Following his public service, Eric led government relations initiatives as Vice President of Government Relations and Public Policy for US Oncology, Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Communications for DaVita, and CEO of the Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare. He also served as a Senior Fellow at the Heritage Foundation and is the cofounder and coinventor of BaleBlox, a patented system of affordable, efficient, and sustainable construction materials.

Eric’s education includes the Master of Arts program in Public Administration at the University of Virginia and the Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and economics at the University of Richmond, which he attended under a University Scholars academic scholarship.
